Job Description
Capstone Logistics is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Warehouse Selectors in Tampa, FL. As a Warehouse Selector, you will be responsible for selecting products throughout the warehouse using carts and other tools. The role involves reading manual tickets to pick orders and completing various tasks as assigned by site leadership.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Selector
The following are the responsibilities of the Warehouse Selector at Capstone Logistics:
- Select products throughout the warehouse using carts and other equipment
- Read and interpret manual tickets to pick orders accurately
- Perform tasks assigned by site leadership and supervisors
- Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency while selecting orders
- Ensure all orders are selected with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and report discrepancies when needed
- Work in a warehouse environment, including walking throughout the warehouse during the shift
- Assist with other administrative tasks as required
Requirements for the Warehouse Selector
Given below are the qualifications, experience, and skills required for the Warehouse Selector role at Capstone Logistics:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in selecting or warehouse operations is preferred
Skills:
- Strong work ethic and high-energy individual
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to make independent decisions to accomplish tasks
- Excellent organizational skills
- Accurate data entry and administrative skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete tasks efficiently
Physical Skills:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Walk throughout the warehouse for the duration of the shift
- Comfortable working in an environment with concrete flooring and changing temperatures
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25-75 lbs
